Announcing the Winners of the "What's Your Pet's Funniest Habit?" Contest!

Congrats to the winners of our "What's Your Pet's Funniest Habit?" contest to celebrate "Pets—The Spice of Life" during National Pet Week 2009, May 3-9th.

The Twitter winner is Miss Poofy (left), a beautiful Himalayan "princess cat" from Illinois. She is a very dignified princess so she is not too silly but often dashes up and down the hall like a madwoman.

Our Blog winner is Tasha (right), a cute Tortie who blogs at http://mishkathryn.blogspot.com/ and who burrows under clothes and waves a paw for help when she wants to come out.

Poor Pugsley got really confused and did not recognize her in this get up! He hissed and hid in the corner until she took the ears off.

I knew it was her the whole time, though.

The Auxiliary to the American Veterinary Medical Association is celebrating "Pets—The Spice of Life" during National Pet Week 2009, May 3-9th.

To join in the fun, we’re holding a contest in conjunction with Iams to celebrate the wonderful, funny things we pets do!
